The rich aquamarine water color increased its intensity around 10 a.m. My kayak's intense red offset the water color nicely. It was a beautiful morning kayak with only a few motorboats and waterskiers to contend with. Things started picking up a bit later as I laughed at one point to see a seaplane, a ski-doo, a remote control miniature helicopter being controlled by a speeding Criss-Craft, and finally a parasailer.
A great spot to launch with easy parking and access to my gear.
Perfect spot to stop and stretch your legs.
